Quick operation of 108: Successful delivery in ambulance of woman of Una Paldi village, birth of healthy baby girl

A team of 108 ambulances has successfully delivered a pregnant woman in an emergency situation in Paldi village of Una taluka. A call was made to 108 immediately after she complained of delivery pain. The ambulance team reached the spot within minutes of counting. The ambulance had to be stopped on the way as the condition of the delivery became more serious while on the way to the hospital. MT Hareshbhai Wadher started the process of delivery under the guidance of a doctor at the Ahmedabad head office. The successful delivery was carried out in the ambulance itself with the help of pilot Naranbhai. The woman has given birth to a healthy baby girl. The mother and the newborn girl have been shifted to a primary health centre in Delwada for further treatment. District 108 officer Vishrut Joshi informed about the incident.
