Vadodara: As many as 20,000 connections of Central Gujarat Electricity Company (GGPCL) were cut off at four places in Atladara and Kalli areas, disrupting power supply to around 20,000 connections.
Sources in the power company say that the contractors of The Vadodara Gas Company show the workers the places to dig pits to lay the line, however, during this work, the contractor or his supervisor is not present and in many places the workers are digging indiscriminately due to lack of guidance.
