Road Accident in Vadodara: The number of road accidents and hit-and-run incidents is increasing day by day in Gujarat. The incident took place near Gotri Nilambar Circle in Vadodara when a truck carrying concrete hit the mother, who was going to drop the girl to school on a two-wheeler. The woman died on the spot. The girl was rushed to a hospital with injuries. CCTV footage of the incident has also surfaced.
The truck driver was found to be in an inebriated state
According to the information received, a concrete mixer truck driver in an inebriated condition near Gotri Nilambar Circle in Vadodara hit the mother-daughter duo going on a two-wheeler. Himaliben Pathak died on the spot when the tyre of the concrete mixer truck hit the woman's head. The woman's family members rushed to the spot after learning about the incident. On being informed about this, the Gotri police reached the spot and launched an investigation. The truck driver was caught by the people and handed over to the police. The driver was found to be in an inebriated state.

Five killed in two separate accidents on Sunday
The incident took place on Sunday (September 8) between a dumper and a car on the Morbi-Wankaner highway road. Three people died on the spot. While three were seriously injured. The accident took place near Pipalj on the Gandhinagar-Mahudi highway. Two women died on the spot in this serious accident. After this, the Mercedes driver escaped after executing the accident and the police reached the spot and further investigation is underway.
