Development of Ahmedabad Vadodara Express Highway and Gujarat

Today we will talk about Ahmedabad Vadodara Express Highway. It is about toll tax. Ahmedabad Vadodara Express Highway was inaugurated by Atal Bihari Bajpai in 2004 at a cost of around ₹475 crore. When the toll road/express highway was started, the toll tax was ₹26 from Ahmedabad to Nadiad and ₹58 from Ahmedabad to Vadodara. A toll tax is said to be reasonable at the time because the government took the land from the farmers, expenditure did to raise the road by eight to ten feet and construct a new structure/structure so ₹26 from Ahmedabad to Nadiadna and ₹58 from Ahmedabad to Vadodara seems reasonable. Same road in 2004 and in 2022, once the road is made, it is simply asphalted and nothing else needs to be done. However, Ahmedabad to Nadiad toll increased from ₹26 to ₹55 today and Ahmedabad to Vadodara toll increased from ₹58 to ₹115 today. Now, how reasonable this increase is?
The new company that got this contract, IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, did not build a new road, it did not take land from the farmers. So a question arises why to pay ₹115 rupees from Ahmedabad to Vadodara as toll tax? Why, within which the government did not spend and IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited did not spend, their expenses are the same, the place where there are potholes is also covered with asphalt in the rain and that road is not the best quality road in the world. Whenever you drive on that road you feel like you don't get a smooth drive that you should get on a world class road. Despite that, toll tax increases year after year, and the Government of India is generating an income of ₹4,000 to ₹5,000 crores from the people of Gujarat through the Ahmedabad Vadodara Express Highway.

The money of the Gujarati people is not used for the good of the people of Gujarat and according to Modi sahib, Modi sahib said in 2014, the Government of India takes ₹ 25000 crore from Gujarat through toll tax every year and that ₹ 25000 crore is not used for the good of the people of Gujarat. So isn't that toll tax called a black tax on Gujarati people? And is this toll tax reasonable?

The road that was built at a cost of ₹475 crore, if we consider a minimum of ₹100 to ₹200 crore every year, then in ten years, a minimum of ₹1000 crore has been earned. According to a statistic, the estimated annual revenue of Ahmedabad Vadodara Express Highway will be ₹3000 to ₹4000 crore minimum and it is still ongoing and toll tax increasing year by year, ₹ 26 to ₹ 55 rupees and ₹ 58 to ₹ 115 rupees shows why this toll tax increase? The government has not leased the land, the farmers are not given money every year, so why increase the toll tax every year. These companies who are running the tolls give money to the party fund? Does the company give money to MP and MLA in the name of the commission of the contract the company got? Which I say every time, is the only and only development whose development leaders of the ruling party is paid for it.
If there is information with the Gujarat government and the Indian government then tell us why this toll tax is increased every year. The rate/cost of asphalt does not increase, the cost of laying asphalt does not increase and if the cost increases, it is only five to ten percent maintenance. According to my calculations today, the toll tax should be less than ten rupees as ₹5000 (Five thousand) crores have been generated against an expenditure of ₹ 475 crores and the government's job should not to generate profit for private companies. When the profit should go to the people of Gujarat, it is said that Gujarat has found a true leader. Do you think that the government of Gujarat has true leaders?
Modi ji says he doesn't eat, he doesn't let others to eat, but I don't think so, it is true that Modi ji doesn't eat, but he doesn't let others to eat, and there is a big question in that and where does Modi ji look into. Gujarat needs one lakh Modi, we have only one, others are educated, patriotic, leaders who rob the people of the country and develop themselves.
Jai Gujarat, Jai Bharat and Jai to the development of Gujarat.
