Vadodara: A case has been registered under Gujsitok at the State Monitoring Cell police station against a gang involved in smuggling of banned foreign liquor in the state and an investigation has been started. Bootlegger Viju Sindhi, who escaped from Vadodara and fled abroad, has also been named in this case. There has been a flutter following the possibility of the SMC's probe trail reaching other bootleggers in Vadodara. There are many such bootleggers in Vadodara.
