The driver cut short his life by jumping down from the fifth floor of the building

Vadodara: The driver of gorva kalpavriksha building committed suicide by falling down from the fifth floor of the building at 9.30 am today. As a result, a crowd of people gathered. The Gorwa police were informed about the incident and the police are conducting further investigation into the incident. 

Subhash Harishchandra  Maurya, 35, a resident of Gayatri Nagar opposite Gotri Chandramauleshwar Society, had been working as a driver at Baroda Life Management Pvt Ltd located in Gorwa Kalpavriksha building for the past seven months, police sources said. One of the keys to the office remained with him. He left home at six o'clock this morning asking him to go to the office. He  committed suicide by jumping down from the office window at 9.30 am. People from all around had gathered as they were thrown down from the building. The staff rushed to the spot  after the Gorwa police were informed about the incident. No letter has been recovered from the deceased. Therefore, the cause of the suicide is not known. P.I. of Gorwa  police station. K.N. Lathia has said that during the preliminary investigation, there does not appear to be any reason for the job behind the suicide. The office owner, manager and supervisor have been called for a statement tomorrow. Cctv footage will also be checked in the office. Subhash Maurya has two children. The circumstances under which he committed suicide are still shrouded in mystery.
