Fatehganj police arrested the accused who raped a 9-year-old girl by calling her home on the pretext of playing. The court rejected the application of the accused in the court for release from jail.
The woman's 9-year-old daughter, who lives with the family, was playing at home at 11am on December 29. Meanwhile, the accused Vilas alias Jinku Naginbhai Makwana called the girl to his house on the pretext of playing. The accused took the girl to the room inside the house and had unnatural sex with her. The accused made the girl sit on her lap and physically assaulted her and also tried to remove her clothes.
