Heat wave is increasing in Gandhinagar. On Wednesday morning, the temperature was recorded at 28 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature during the day can reach up to 39 degrees. In the afternoon, the heat can be felt up to 42 degrees. On tuesday, on the first day of April, the temperature in the city reached 40 degrees. The night temperature also rose to 22 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department has also predicted a hailstorm. If there is no cloudy atmosphere, the citizens will have to be prepared for the heatwave. In March, Gandhinagar recorded a high of 41.2 degrees Celsius. There was some relief after that. Day and night temperatures have been rising steadily for the last three days. The temperature is expected to hover around 28 degrees Celsius this evening. In the evening, light winds are predicted to blow at a speed of 8 miles per hour.
