Gujarat School Reopening: School having challenge to implement COVID19 SOP

The Government of Gujarat issued a circular to start the offline classes from 22nd Feb 2022 and online classes will stop from 24th Feb 2022 onwards. It means Education Department, Government of Gujarat, is so confident that COVID19 will not spread because children having a very good immunity. The 500 COVID19 cases in India and lockdown imposed by the God of India (i.e. Prime Minister of India). Currently around 654 cases (7 day average) of COVID19 in Gujarat, and Government of Gujarat want to play with the life of children. The circular published on 18th Feb 2022 and all school management decided to start the offline classes from 21st Feb 2022 while the Fee Regulatory Committee, Gujarat (FRC) final order for the fees published multiple time still multiple school management not ready to accept the Fees as per FRC and no action taken by the education department, Government of Gujarat, Why?

The Education department, Government of Gujarat is having a big concern about the education of students of Gujarat. The economy will boost due to the Offline School because children required to purchase school uniform, books, notebook and transportation services. To boost the confidence of the parents the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) or the Government of Gujarat Ministers required to upload the selfie with kids at the entry of the school to show their children also attending the offline classes.

The school net profit has reduced due to online classes and the ruling party demanding party fund for the upcoming Vidhan Sabha election of Gujarat, is it true? The school management demanded offline school so they can collect the fees for summer vacation and commission from support services like school uniform, transport, etc., The election and party fund is a key for the development of Gujarat and few children may die due to covid19 is a sacrifice for the development of Gujarat? The circular not specified if student infected with COVID19 then who is responsible? Who will pay the treatment charges? If a student dies due to convid19 in the school premises or in hospital then what?
