Sanju Samson Century: Sanju Samson creates history by scoring a century, becomes the first Indian to do so

Sanju Samson Century T20I: Sanju Samson has scored a century in the first T20 match against South Africa in Durban. He completed the century in 47 balls. With this, Samson has become the first Indian cricketer in the history of international T20 cricket to score a century in two consecutive innings. Samson had earlier played an innings of 111 runs in the last match of the series against Bangladesh. Now in his same innings, he has scored a century against South Africa

Sanju Samson started Team India's innings with Abhishek Sharma. Abhishek returned to the pavilion after scoring just 7 runs, but Samson stayed at the crease at the other end. During this time he completed his 50 off 27 balls and surprisingly he played only 20 balls to score the next 50 runs. He shared an important partnership of 66 runs with captain Suryakumar Yadav. He was also well supported by Tilak Verma, who scored 33 off 18 balls

satten. Earlier, France's Gustave McKinn, South Africa's Riley Russo and England's Phil Salt have scored two consecutive centuries in T20 cricket. His innings ended on a score of 107, in which he hit 7 fours and 10 sixes

Sanju Samson played such a stormy innings against South Africa that it was as if he had been waiting for this opportunity for a long time. Batting at a strike rate of 214, he scored a century and made history. He is only the fourth batsman in the world to score a century in T20 International matches.
