Sai Sudarshan Hits Century: Indian young star Sai Sudarshan has created a stir by scoring a century in England. The 22-year-old, who came out to play for Surrey in his first season, has scored a century with a six. After the innings played against Nottinghamshire, people are seeing him as a contender for the team to be selected in the Test series against Bangladesh. Now looking at the form of Sai Sudarshan, Hardik Pandya's place is seen in danger. Sarre scored 525 runs in the first innings on the strength of Sai's innings, who performed brilliantly against Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League.

Facing 178 balls, the young player played an innings of 105 runs with the help of 10 fours and 1 six. Just one six of the innings hit him to reach a century. After spending 237 minutes on the field, the batter has staked claim for India's upcoming Bangladesh Test series. 

He has made his debut for India.

Sai Sudarshan has played 3 ODIs and 1 T20 International for India so far. The batter made his ODI debut against South Africa in December 2023. He got a chance to make his T20 debut against Zimbabwe in July 2024. Sai Sudarshan hit a fifty in his first two ODIs. He scored an unbeaten 55 in the first match and 62 in the second match. Sai did not find a place in the team selected for the tour of Sri Lanka.
