Vadodara: A complaint has been lodged that a partner of a company associated with clinical research and hospital management in Alkapuri area has raised an additional amount of Rs 1.33 crore by setting up a separate company.
"We are four partners in which Atonu Mukulchandra Dutta (Darshanam Club Lafai, near Panchavati Canal, Gorwa) was a 1 per cent shareholder," Prashant Kirkir, director of Eupraxia Centre for Clinical Excellence in Alkapuri, who lives in Akashganga near Motibagh on Rajmahal Road, told the police.
