Gujarat Sees Rapid Rise In TB: The lethality of tuberculosis (TB) in Gujarat is not taking the name of decreasing. So far this year, more than 1.11 lakh TB cases have been reported. Thus, on an average, more than 380 new cases of TB are reported every day. Uttar Pradesh tops the list with 5.35 lakh of the states with the highest number of TB cases reported in the country this year.
