BJP never support such statements: Nadda after Nishikant Dubey attacks CJI and Supreme Court

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Nishikant Dubey on Saturday (April 19) alleged that the Supreme Court of India is responsible for 'inciting religious wars' in the country, saying the Parliament building should be closed down if the apex court has to make the laws. "The top court has only one aim: 'Show me the face, will show you the law'. The Supreme Court is going beyond its limits. If one has to go to the Supreme Court for everything, then Parliament and State Assembly should be shut," Dubey told media. BJP MP Dubey said, "Chief Justice of India, Sanjiv Khanna, is responsible for all the civil wars happening in this country".
