The state government had tightened the rules after the fire incident in the TRP game zone of Rajkot. In which rajistations including FIRE NOC and BU certificate were also made mandatory in all the schools running in the state. The managements of some pre-primary schools in the state have protested against the managements of nursery senior junior classes in the pre-primary by making registration mandatory by February 19, 2025 and tightening the rules. The managements of some of the trust-run schools in Valsad also raised questions such as what kind of arrangements the RTE will make for the children who get admission in the state, saying that this new rule of the government will create some discrepancies during admission to Class 1. After the fire incident in TRP game zone of Rajkot, the state government has tightened the rules against all the game zones, schools, malls, etc. operators in the state. In which it has been made mandatory to register the pre-primary school in private primary with permissions including rajistation and fire NOC as well as BU certificate of schools. By February 19, it is mandatory for all the pre-primary schools in the state to register the school. If the registration of pre-primary schools is not done and if penal action will be taken against the administrators of such pre-primary schools. According to the new rules, the entry exit in pre-primary schools should be different, bu certificate will have to be obtained specially, fire NOC for the safety of children, play area for children, if the pre-primary school is running on rent, then strict rules have been made such as presenting an agreement with the property holder for up to 15 years. The pre-primary school managements have made the registration of the school mandatory by adopting all the rules by February 19. Due to this, the problem of pre-primary school managements across the state, including Valsad district, has increased. Talking to Archanaben Desai, the manager of the pre-primary school running with the schools run under the trust, he said that the state government is expressing displeasure over the new rules imposed against the managements of the pre-primary school. Children studying in junior seniors in pre-primary schools run by the trust are included in the first standard. So how will the students getting admission under RTE be included in the first standard, the number of children will be increased. Questions like these are asking the government. As many as 27 pre-primary school managements in the district have applied for pre-primary school registration. All the rules announced by the government will be strictly implemented. It is mandatory for the administrators of the pre-primary schools to register by getting the missing NOC. After February 19, the inspection will be done by the education department in different areas of the district. Valsad district primary education officer B D Vasava said action will be taken against its operators as per rules if anyone is found running without pre-primary labour.
