A grand celebration of Gangaur was held by Maheshwari Samaj at Maniben Bhawan in Maninagar area of Ahmedabad. Gangaur is an important festival of Rajasthani society, which is celebrated with the worship of Shiva-Parvati. Members of the Maheshwari samaj traditionally celebrated the festival. The members of the society made the festival memorable by attending in large numbers.
