The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) recently sent a letter to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) expressing security concerns behind its decision. The board has expressed its desire to play all its matches in Dubai. According to a report in The Indian Express, a source close to the matter said, "It is our decision. We have written a letter to the PCB asking them to hold our match in Dubai. The Champions Trophy will be played from February 19 to March 9 next year as per the draft schedule. The matches of this event can be held in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi. India has not visited Pakistan for 16 years due to the terrorist attack in Mumbai.
