The first thing many people do when they wake up in the morning is to operate a mobile. There are some people who wake up in the morning and run mobile phones for hours in bed. If you also do this work, then it is time to improve your habit because it is not at all suitable for your health. Nowadays people put their phones aside and go to sleep. This causes a lot of damage. Because radiation comes out of the mobile, which causes many dangerous diseases including cancer.

Many people feel stressed in the morning even after 8-9 hours of sleep and wonder why this is happening to them. The reason behind this is your phone. This problem is seen in many people. Waking up in the morning and running the phone for hours can lead to headaches.
