Various scientific activities, scientific workshops, scientific movies, outdoor games, as well as special days were celebrated to remove the darkness of ignorance in the lives of the people by lighting the lamp of knowledge in Diwali at Regional Science Center - Rajkot. Diwali special 'Hathi Mere Saathi' play was played by the staff of the centre, 1000 lamps were lit by the visitors. In outdoor games, people enjoyed fun and learn games like Tik-Tech, X-O, Round and Square, Take Your Place, etc. As well as telescope activity, sun spot, Saturn, Venus, moon were illuminated in space view.
