Proceedings: Bulldozer swung over the construction of bootleggers at Mervadar and Padwala in Bhayavadar

Legal action was taken, including taking possession of the land encroached by such elements by turning bulldozers on the structures that had been illegally occupied by bootleggers in Mervadar and Padwala villages under Bhayavadar police station. Following the order of the police across the state to crack down on anti-social elements, the police and administration have prepared a list of the elements who have committed anti-social activities and immediately started strict action against them. As per the instructions of district SP Himkar Singh, PI Dodiya and staff personnel prepared a list of residential houses and other illegal constructions of anti-social elements with criminal history and pressure on government land in all the 32 villages falling under Bhayavadar police station area and sent notices to present documentary evidence in coordination with mamlatdar and development officer and R/B department. The house occupied by Hardik Ukabhai Badh and Ukabhai Hamirbhai Badh of the village and the shop on Tanswa Road and the slope for the construction of the maldhore were demolished for about 200 times, and in the same way, the illegal house of Mamad Anwarbhai Sumra of Padwala village on Makhiyala Road was demolished under pressure of 2500 square feet on government land. At that time, this strict action of the police created an atmosphere of fear among the elements.
