Nimish Thakar has been awarded rs 10,000 crore by the National Commission for Higher Education to Bahauddin Science College, Junagadh. A grant of Rs 5 crore has been allocated. Under this grant, it will become the first government college in Saurashtra to provide digital soundproof theatre, digital smart classroom facility in addition to AI Digital Laboratory. For this, the commission's team is visiting Junagadh on Wednesday. Rajesh P. Bhatt further added that this is a plan to develop other state-of-the-art facilities while maintaining the heritage look of the building. Under the Fit India Movement, facilities such as halls for various activities, halls for yoga, state-of-the-art gyms, indoor stadiums will also be created. Along with this, the library of the college will also be made new and up-to-date with AC. How will the AI Digital Laboratory be?
The AI Digital Laboratory is, at first sight, similar to the computer lab of any college or school. But the computers will be high speed and the server will also have heavy memory. Which can easily operate AI tools. This laboratory will be able to be used by all the students of the college for the use of AI in their studies. - Dr. Rajesh P. The grant allocated by the Commission is not only for AI but also for the facility of outdoor and indoor games to be set up in the college itself. These include volleyball in the college, new basketball grounds, yoga studios, gyms with new equipment and renovation of the building.
