4 station boxes on this route of Metro Line-1: Pillar work completed on 4.15 km elevated route between Kapodra to Sarthana, launch of segment on 1.8 km route

The work of erecting an elevated pillar between Surat Metro Line-1 CS-4, Package 4.15 km Kapodra to Sarthana Zoo has now been completed 100 per cent. While the girder launching work has been done on the one and a half km route. Package-CS-4 has a 4.15 km elevated route from Sarthana Zoo to North Ramp Kapodra. Which will connect Sarthana Zoo directly to Dream City. Here, a metro elevated route is being built parallel to the flyover on the road near Sarthana Jakatnaka. The metro segment has almost been launched from the flyover opposite avadh building. This is the most final phase package of Line-1, with a total length of 4.15 km, from Kapodra to Sarthana Zoo. Now the work of segment launching is going on. The work of making boxes of elevated stations being built here has been completed. The target is to complete this section by March 2025. It is worth noting that on the same section, the LG Box crashed down with the crane being launched for the girder launch on August 22 this year in Small Varachha. The section was affected when the crane fell on a bungalow in the accident.
