Amid Delhi's air quality remains at a very poor level, the Central Government on Thursday (November 21) announced staggering work timing for its employees. In a statement issued, the Department of Personnel Training said the government offices can be open from 9 am to 5.30 pm or from 10 am to 6.30 pm. It also said the employees can pool vehicles and use public transport to minimize vehicular pollution.
