Parshwanath Gruh Udhyog: Why does popularity change people?

Parshwanath Gruh Udhyog Is located at Bunglow No 6 Vrundavan Society, Waghodia Road, Vadodara - 390019 is India's reputed company. According to google, a company focuses on Customer Centricity Rather Than Profit Making Motive in Such Competitive Market. A strong customer focus approach, citizens waiting in a long queue to get Mathiya and Cholafali during Diwali because of their quality.

On 20th Oct 2022 at 10.00pm, I was excited to purchase a good quality Mathiya and Cholafali but very disappointed with the behaviour of the owner of the Parshwanath Gruh Udhyog. There were 30-40 customer visited a place and customer allowed to purchase a mathiya or cholafali based on bias. It means fewer customers who had heated arguments with a security person and a customer was able to purchase, while other customers were waiting at a Vrundavan society gate. The security person updated to multiple customer that Mathiya and Cholafali is not available. One customer who had a heagted arugemnt with the security person updated that security person lied. The Mathiya and Cholafali is available, but he is not allowing customers to visit Parshwanath Gruh Udhyog.

The number of customer entered in a gate to purchase Mathiya and Cholafali but rather then requesting to customers, the owner family becomes very aggressive, remove masked, misbehavior with citizens, and a press reporter from www.vadodara.live was looking to hear the story of the owner, why selling of the products stops, that too in a festival session? The reply from the owner, “current time is 10.30pm and we are closed at 9.00pm”. The question was why only selected customers were entertained at 10.30pm by the owner. The popularity forces people to change by changing how they interact with customers. During festival time, very rude behaviour towards customers and other human being shown by the owner of Parshwanath Gruh Udhyog. The customer is visiting a store to purchase a product and if the shop is closed, there are ways to say we are closed rather than delivering the products based on personal bias.

Does popularity change human behaviour? Does the law allow to run manufacturing units/commercial operations at a residential society? Do they have and follow fire safety rules and regulation? They are popular means they run the show.  It shows Popularity forces people to change by changing how people interact with them. The case of extreme popularity, there can be a sort of “power corrupts” thing going on. Popularity can allow people to get away with things, in extreme cases causing people to turn the other way, or even go into complete denial, when someone is doing something harmful, unethical, or illegal.
