Mande Positive: 73 agricultural scientists of the country trained in natural farming at Halol University, now they will give knowledge to the farmers in their state

Virat Pathak The Central Government has allocated Rs. 2481 crore for The National Mission on Natural Farming to create awareness among the farmers about natural farming across the country and to get training and turn to natural farming. Under this mission, 73 scientists of the country were trained in natural farming at the world's first Gujarat Natural Agriculture University in Vadodara-Halol. These scientists will get trained and now promote natural farming in their states. It is worth mentioning that with more than 500 farmers of Vadodara district turning to natural farming, now the citizens will get to eat chemical-free grains and vegetables. So far, 10 lakh farmers of the state have turned to natural farming. Dr. Raju Thakkar, popularly known as the Walkman of India, said that the National Workshop on National Mission on Natural Farming was held in January at the Gujarat Natural Farming University at Halol, dedicated to the world's first and only natural farming. In which 175 students including 73 scientists from all over India participated. Under the National Mission on Natural Farming of the Central Government, a model of natural farming has to be prepared in every city and district of the country. The main objective is to provide knowledge and training on natural farming to every farmer. Under which 73 scientists of the country were called to the Agricultural University and trained. The scientists who will form a cluster of farmers in their respective states will train them. The scientists were given an understanding of the solid jeevamrit and jeevamrit used in natural farming. While information was also given on how to prepare these jeevamritas. Progressive farmers who are doing natural farming i.e. cow-based farming were also involved in this training, sources said. It is to be noted that due to the paddy grown with the help of chemicals, there has been an increase in awareness among the people towards the paddy produced by natural farming. The land has become like a stone due to chemical farming Raju Thakkar said that due to chemical farming in the country, the land has become like a stone. While the land that has become like a stone from natural farming is revived in 3 years. That is, alligators are produced in it and the soil becomes more fertile. In addition, if it rains, the ground water level also rises due to the absorption of water from this land.
