A stampede-like situation occurred at the New Delhi Railway Station on Saturday evening after an increase in the inflow of passengers, triggering chaos on platforms number 14 and 15 and leaving at least 15 passengers injured, officials said.The authorities rushed four fire tenders to the site soon after the incident that took place at around 9:55 pm due to a large number of passengers rushing towards Platforms 14 and 15.The incident comes as the Indian Railways is experiencing a heavy rush of passengers heading to Prayagraj to take a holy dip in Triveni Sangam in the ongoing Maha Kumbh Mela.
