13 accounts of Grow More Foundation to be defrified: Accounts of the organization associated with Bhupendra Zala were frozen in the Bz scam, the government did not object to the organization's application

A complaint of fraud of Rs 6,000 crore was registered against Bhupendra Zala and other miscreants at cid crime. In which the bank accounts of The Gro More Foundation, an educational trust associated with Bhupendra Zala, were also frozen. Following the charge sheet, the organisation had moved the Ahmedabad rural court seeking that their accounts be defrified. However, with the investigating officer directing the banks to defrize 13 accounts, the court order was not invited by the petitioner in this petition and the petition was disposed of. The petitioner had filed an application in the Ahmedabad rural court to defreeze its 14 accounts. In which it was submitted that the institution was not associated with the crime. Thousands of students study under the institute. The maintenance expenses of different colleges and schools are deducted from it. The salary of 239 employees and teachers of the school comes from the bank account. 1000 children are studying in the school. The expenses of 23 colleges also come from these accounts. Money has to be taken from the account itself to pay the installments of the loan taken. If the accounts are not frozen, there is a huge financial loss. On the other hand, the public prosecutor submitted that only two accounts of the Grow More Foundation were involved in illegal financial transactions. Other accounts are not involved, so the government has no objection if other accounts are defrified. The investigating officer has also directed the concerned banks to defrify 13 accounts of the applicant organization. The petition was disposed of as the petitioner did not invite the court's order.
