Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority fails to recover 88% of Rs 758 crore refund amount

Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-Rera) has been unable to recover Rs 666 crore of the Rs 758 crore ordered refunds to homebuyers for delayed or incomplete projects. Despite rulings in favor of buyers, many have not received their money. Efforts are ongoing to expedite the recovery process and improve coordination with the revenue department.
