Clean slate for Khaleda as she is acquitted in her last graft case

Khaleda Zia, BNP chairperson, has been acquitted in the Niko graft case by a Dhaka court, following other corruption case acquittals. This clears her to participate in upcoming elections. The case, filed by the ACC in 2007, alleged abuse of power for an illegal deal with Niko, but charges couldn't be proven. Khaleda is currently in London for medical treatment.
