The Forest department of Gujarat has initiated a green drive to plant 40,000 trees along the 200km coastal highway stretch from Dwarka to Somnath. They have partnered with Manav Seva Charitable Trust, who will be responsible for planting and nurturing these trees for three years. The project aims to enhance the green cover and promote a greener environment.
