Surat : The Diwali vacation has started in Surat and many people living in Surat are reaching their hometowns. The demand for water supply will also decrease as the population of Surat city has decreased these days. Keeping this in mind, the Surat Municipal Corporation has taken up the maintenance work of the water works. Water supply will not be available in five zones of surat municipal corporation on Tuesday following maintenance work at Valak Intequel of Surat municipality. Due to this maintenance work, water supply will not be able to provide water to 11 lakh people of Varachha, Sarthana Central, Udhna and Limbayat zones of the municipality.
